The Toolroom plays an important role in Essen's Success. Equipped with the most modern machines, the tool room ensures that nothing but the very best leaves the Company's premises. Products are constantly developed and upgraded using most reliable materials available. Essen's comprehensive moulding facilities comprising of state-of-the-art injection and compression moulding as well as pressure diecasting machines ensure total reliability of its products.

Essen's press shop consisting of the latest high speed precision presses ensures production of stamped parts of consistent quality and reliability.

For greater adaptability to meet customer's requirements, all electroplating is carried out in-house. The reel to reel selective Gold/Tin-Lead plating line is capable of meeting customer's demand for various gold plating thicknesses. Inspection equipment such as X-ray, Beta-backscatter instruments etc. are employed to verify and ensure required thicknesses.

Essen's specialised assembly team, with the help of custom built tools, jigs and fixtures puts together a range of products that have a distinct stamp of excellence.
